Stay away from telkom

Stay away from the telkom I have been waiting for the technician form them to come sort out my router since 18th November 2024. Evertime I get a call from them they are shocked or stupid o I will escalate the problem. It's been escalated so many times I think it's so high up that our Heavenly father up above the blue skys is seeing to it but then he would have fixed it by now. They have excuses one after the other. It's now 10 December 2024. Nothing. So I say stay away from them if I am battling and I worked for the company for 22 years can't get them to come to check the problem out then there is no hope for you. My final piece of advice. STAY FAR away from telkom
