Stay away from Talkom!
Telkom is a huge ****!! Take your money to other service providers. I have a contract with 2 lines that are currently blocked because Telkom does not debit on the debit order date so they can do a double debit at the end of the second month. This has been happening since I've had these lines. Then they claim my account is with collections and will take 10 WORKING DAYS for them to unblock the line, yet they are able to see the payment reflecting on their system. who takes 10 WORKING DAYS to resolve a query on a line blocked that is not even the customer's fault!?

26 Feb 2024, 18:14Today I called in for a follow up and Naledi Khoza with a stinking attitude, first kept interrupting when I tried explaining why I was calling in and then later raised her voice at me when I asked to speak to the manager on duty citing that there are no managers and her manager "might" call me back tomorrow. I their calls are really recorded, they need to play back the call to this agent 26.02.204 - 18:12!
