Stay away from Helkom!

My new contract phone got ****** within 2 weeks, so I have been waiting since 28 January, 2019 for Helkom to port my Helkom contract tel number to another Helkom tel number. It is now the 13 March. Ref number ********** 8. How is it possible that Helkom cannot port one of their own contract numbers to another Helkom number in more than 6 weeks? All I can say is - STAY AWAY FROM HELKOM!
