STAY AWAY FROM FINRITE INSURANCE THEY USELESS AND ******

Please stayaway from FINRITE INSURANCE I am in 2nd week now trying to call them they unavailable for service I wanted to report my phone which was ****** from me 2 weeks ago. I have sent them numerous emails up to date still waiting for a response from them. when you join they jump and lie say the maximum waiting period for a new device it's 7 days. I am now don't know what to do because the method of reporting a case given by them does not work and I have already wasted 2 weeks trying to be in contact with them but no luck yet. kindly assist
