Staw away from Telkom

Absolutely shocking lack of service. Been without a landline and adsl since last week. Service centre staff are useless at providing feedback on getting the issue fixed. All they tell you is it's in the queue... Yet you are still expected to pay the account? If not resolved in the next day will be canceling!
