Static IP Address

Been on the phone with telkom from 11:30, trying to get someone to tell me how to get a Static IP Address for my business line. some have no idea what it is and some of them just plain put me on hold for a hour and not even coming back. i think i know all the people and departments of telkom and no one can give me an answer. At 14:30 they put me through to another consultant that promised me that i must go to the store outlet to obtain a Static IP Address, get there, more confused and unqualified people, they tell me i need to phone telkom business to get it there. I get to the office and phone again and still no one can help. I am so frustrated with the *********** , unqualified and inexperienced staff. I wish there was another service provider.
