Statement received for R789 due 01 March 2021
I'm so disgusted with this . I received a statement for an amount of R789 and i only have one data line package of a 40 gig with a wifi router but this is Telkom is sending me . Due by 01 Mar 2021 R 789.00 ( This is called ***** on my side ) . People please check your statements regularly . Absolutely annoyed . I am going to stop the debit order

Recently a lady called me from Telkom and said to me that this will be resolved . I have queried this again and now i still see that an additional 2 amounts are appearing with the same total of R789
I just spoke to a lady today 04/03/2021 @ 945 pm Trudy Dube and she told me that i have 2 contracts on my name which i had . Yet again i am dealing with the incompetency of Telkom . They now say that i must get an affidavit , Certified ID 3 months bank statement to prove this is not mine . How in the hell did they approve the contracts onto my name . I am going to block this debit order at the bank .
My feb statement says R 338 and now an additonal 2 contracts are added .
I received a call before 2 weeks ago to say that it will be resolved and still i am receiving the same statement with additonal contracts
Please guys be careful . I just spoke to a friend of mine who is a former National Intelligence officer who said that there are cases going about ***** in Telkom .
As you can see the contradictory feedback from telkom .
