Standing in the cue for a whole hour just to check coverage.

I was at Telkom in Bloemfontein Waterfront Lochlogan to enquire about coverage in my area. I asked several times if they can quickly check for me as on my cell phone it was saying it's 3g. But I was told to wait on the cue for over and hour only to be told that there was no coverage in my area.

What ****ed me the most is waiting in the cue for an hour only to be sent back. I believe Telkom is a big company that can be able to quickly check such things so people don't have to to waste their day waiting in the cue. I was very sad also that someone was put in front of the cue because they said they were going to buy a laptop how pathetic. I'm glad I will not have to deal with Telkom their service is HORRIBLE.
