Staments

Payment was debited om my acc on the 31st and the 1st. This morning I get a statement stating my acc is arrears whereas all the outstanding balance was debited. I called in no one has a ln explanation of where my money has gone to. I went to a telkom store in Claremont assisted by a rude muslem lady who told me there is nothing she can do. Her attitude is disgusting. This is a last time I am handling this on my own as this matter has been raised my my attorney. Telkoms always ****ing up with peoples money. The service is shocking and all telkom staff is in ***********.
