Staff trying under difficuilt circimstances

Doing an upgrade and number porting. The staff at the branch us trying the best to speed up process but everything is done at head office so they are facing difficuilt customers as they can only do so much to get back office to help them.<br> Please give my thanks to all the staff at Irene branch fir patience with me as i was upset about the time it is taking but they kept me informed.<br> <br> Well done.
