Staff never answer the phone

Please answer your phones! Telkom is (amazingly!) a phone company but the phone at this branch just rings and rings. Telkom have great offers however it seems the message is not getting through to the shop staff. One almost senses an act of sabotage towards the initiatives of top management. What's wrong with your guys? Don't you want business?
