Staff Laziness

Its getting beyond a joke now... What do the people in the technical department do all day? Drink coffee, sit around and laugh all day?? Meanwhile the public clients are the ones who pay their salaries. Telkom is too afraid or too lazy to even get back to their clients...

We called on monday to log a fault on our email facility (receive emails but can't send emails)... Its becoming an irritation because there are documents that need to be sent out and we can't do it. The call centre say "oh they are working on it" - but its getting over the top...

Get off your backsides and do your jobs NOW or we will take this further...
