Staff - fit for mental institution service

Second telephone line and wifi installed . First line I was advised the cable runs under the trainline and was damaged and could not be repaired. Second installation; a month after installation, I was advised that the cables had been ****** and Telkom would not be replacing the line and I would not be charged for non-service. I then went ahead and cancelled the line as I know from previous experience I was charged for non service. I now receive call from Telkom advising that the line would be replaced and they were offering me a cordless telephone at no charge but the line and wifi would now cost R709.
