STAFF ARE USELESS

Had the most terrible experience with workers Kobus and Cynthia who came over to my home after i explained to them that a telkom pole needed to be moved because it was the neighbours and not my problem ,not to mention was knocked into because its a blind-spot on the driveway and not secure at all and i have small toddlers running around on my driveway. I EVEN WARNED THEM I WOULD CHOP IT DOWN IF IT WAS IN WAY SHAPE OR FORM A HAZARD.

THEY PLEADED I DO NOT MAYBE PERHAPS IN THEIR MIND THEY WERE LIKE LET'S TORTURE THIS CUSTOMER .

They assure me it would be moved in a week ,two at the max and rectified yet i am still waiting what a pathetic excuse for human beings these two imbeciles are, i'm sure they be better off doing a job which requires them to use less than 0.1% of the brain.

Nonetheless i message and call them and they ignore me while they have a big fat laugh.

Congratulations TELKOM for employing the two people who should definitely be starring in dumb and dumber 3.
