Yet another shocking sales experience at Irene mall Telkom. Takes 2 hours to renew a contract and then you are told to just sign!!! Cancelled a 24 Month contract for R1109 on the spot! Poor service, *********** staff and a blaming manager. It's Telkom's fault! 🤬Will spend our money somewhere else.
