St Joseph's without its life giving Telkom lines

<p>At St Joseph's Home we treat 140 young patients from poor communities who have life threatening or limiting conditions. They are sent here to further re cover after being treated at one of the acute hospitals in the Cape metropole. I many cases, this is a special service and medical treatment we provide. During the past 9 months our Telkom cables have been ****** three times. Each time it takes Telkom more than 3 weeks to fix. This time, our fault report was even escalated to a regional level. Nothing as per this morning (31/07/2017). We have limited and prepaid data for our emails en hardly internet. NO telephones. </p>
