Springs mall , Telkom. Worst service

My fiance app**** for to contracts and , they said our phones would be ready on 16 April . W e went in to collect and there was a delay . We have phoned in today , and still noting. This is pathetic . DO NOT GIVE A COLLECTION DATE IF IT CANNOT BE ON TIME!
