Spoke to Jabusilile Mpungose on Friday 14 February 2025 @ 16h30 and she was utterly rude and arrogant and I don't think that Telkom will get any refferals from me and I will make sure that no family of mine will take any contracts with them

Spoke to Jabusilile Mpungose on Friday 14 February 2025 @ 16h30 and she was utterly rude and arrogant and I don't think that Telkom will get any refferals from me and I will make sure that no family of mine will take any contracts with them. The service was pathetic and she put me on hold for 20 minutes until the call was cut off. My issue was not resolved and she couldn't be bothered and she does not deserve to be working for customer service☹️☹️☹️
