Good day we just bought D-Link Router DWR -956M and it was giving us endless problems! We took it in to Carnival x2 and East Rand Mall Telkom Stores but they couldnt resolved it ! Out of frustration i wanted to vent out on Hello Peter and i came across Sphendulwe Alexandra Mkhetho Telkom Assurance Technician details published his whatsapp no# for assistance! I took a chance and whatsapp him after work around 19h30 ! fortunately his answered and agreed to assist me ! a very selfless Gentleman ,very patient ! Firstly he send me a teamview link to download and my Laptop was very slow so he had to clean it up ! We spend 2 hours !!!Big up Bra i wish we can have more of you in Service !
