Spending limit Increased without my Consend

I was billed R547 where i was supposed to pay R500 and i was told that the spending limit was increased and an sms was sent to me but i did not recived such sms and the worst part of it when i phoned today to follow up on the case i was told that the case has been close without any communication to me . i am really ****ed with 8ta now and will never recommend anyone to join you because your communications very poor.<br> <br> i need someone to contact me please<br>
