Spending limit increase without an affordability assessment

On the 7th of August 2016, I logged a case ( ********** 7 - which now has been resolved resetting the spending limit to be R0.00) with Telkom to complain about the spend limit that was granted to me without my consent. The customer care agent informed me that I consented to the spending limit increases of R200.10 granted to me in February 2016 since they sent me a sms and I didn't respond to it. Apparently I was supposed to call back and inform them that I don't want the spending limit. When I initially took out the contacts I requested that the spending limit bet set to R0.00 as the contracts are for my little ones and I don't remember agreeing to credit limit increase in my contract. I am not sure even if the affordability assessment was done and if it was done I don't remember giving Telkom authorization to access my credit report. I am pretty much sure that such conduct is against NCR rules and would like the charges of R65.68 reversed. The number in question is ********** 786. This is happening for the second time and I am not happy about it.
