Spending limit

<p>I would just to like to complain about Telkom adding a spending limit to my phone of R500 WITHOUT my permission and WITHOUT me knowing ANYTHING about this. How can they just add a spending amount of R500 WITHOUT my permission or informing me about this. I NEVER gave them permission whatsoever and had NO IDEA that this was on my phone, so at the end of September I had to pay an amount of R732 on my account where its suppose to be R370. Wow the free world we live in. </p>
