Spend limit reached

Before June 2021 I use to be able to do in game purchases with my number. Yet since June 2021 when I select my normal order to buy it gives me a error saying spend limit reached. But when I select a lower order it went thru. When I tried to select it again same error message of spend limit reached. I'm on prepaid and find no setting on the website or app that allows me to change this stupid spend limit
