SPEND LIMIT CHANGED WITHOUT CONSENT
March 2018 ,Telkom contacted me to upgrade my modem contract , Over the phone, I advised the agent I want a R0.00 Spend limit I thereafter sent an email to 10210 advising my R0.00 spend limit ( i have proof of this email ) The upgrade went through successfully and I have been billed religiously for the past 19 months R148.98. I was surprised to receive my bill for November of R648.86 , I am extremely upset as I have never received such a high bill before . I want a refund immediately and I want to know based on who’s authority was my spend limit changed to R500? My account was changed without my consent , this is **********!!

TELKOM *****'s innocent people money and they have no answers! i have email proof i set a limit on my contract , who at telkom opened my limited without my consent??? HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE ARE YOUR LL ROBBING ???
