Spend countless hours trying to upgrade my contract with never getting through to agent.

<p>I have been trying everyday for the last week to get through to the Upgrades department and have spent over 3 hours waiting to get through to an agent but never get through and I am trying to give them more business. I find it totally unacceptable that I can get through to Sales immeditaley but never ever through to the Upgrades department which only tells me they are interested in new customers and not their existing ones.</p>
