Thank you Adam Smith from Telkom, who goes out of his way to assist us in our Rural area. Outside contractors are contracted to repair the ****** cable, but when they are finished, only 1 of our 4 lines work. Adam was here the very next day and within 20 min all was repaired. He goes the extra mile to help the customer and possibly does not get the credit where it is due. <br> Being a Telecommunications company, that are prone to cable theft and other outside problems, Telkom is not always in a position to receive accolades for it's service, but this man exceeds expectations and delivers more than what is expected. Please Telkom take care of this man and don't loose him.
