Speedy response to tweets

Not a great fan of the Telkom website or the contact number as they never answer, but I must applaud the guys that work on the Twitter account. They respond to the query in a decent amount of time and then have speedy responses to follow up questions. I dealt with ^DT and ^GT on Twitter on different occasions and both of them assisted me. So thanks to the Twitter guys, at least one avenue is working well
