Speedy network with slooooow service delivery

<p>I have app**** for Smart Broadband on 2 August and was promised that the router will be available on 5 August. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today is 10 August and my application has not even been approved yet, never mind ordering the router of which they still do not have any stock!</p>
