Speeds slow laggs

Telkom why do you take your time to solve a complaint. i complained numerous times to your fb page about my slow speed and lagging. Im gatvol. you keep on telling me do this do that. This is not how you treat a customer. Your product must fall. im cancelling my contract as soon as i can.
