Speed of Internet

I report a fault 2 weeks ago and got a reference number after struggling the whole Thursday just to get a it logged.....I requested a manager to phone me....last Thursday went by and we going for the second Thursday still no manager....they sent out a technician that came out on Saturday....so the guy come to my house doesn't introduce himself and just sits in his car on his laptop.....I waited outside with him for over 20 mins, him not telling what he is doing just sitting on the laptop eventually he decides he needs to come into my house....so we go in and again is on his laptop and phoning guys to help him....and eventually he says telkoms server is down....so I request his name cause I want to report and he he says they wouldn't know him..so eventually I started panicking, cause why would you not want to give your name and why would they not know you....he was so rude he refused to give his name and then I said if u don't want to give me your name then u should leave my property as I wasn't feeling safe anymore....when I tried phoning the number where the technician called me from it rings and then says the number doesn't exist....through all this Telkom still hasn't called me and now my network is even worse than ever....R899 is no joke
