SPEECHLESS

it was on the 21.11.2017 that my dad app**** for the telkom november data deal via the internet, a consultant called him and they did a telephonic interview as was told that he qualifies for the deal, shorlty thereafter sms confirmation came through confirming that his request was approved and was told that within 5-7 working days he will receive the package, so nothing happen, i then went to the clearwater mall branch to enquire and was told that because it was done online we have to wait for them to get back to us, TELKOM TO ME IS TELKOM whether ONLINE OR BRANCH OR WHATEVA, i then went to cresta branch for help and guess what the same story, the submitted a call back request where one of the call centre consultant called me and was give a reference number LEO ********** 1001 and was told that the package is with the courier company called courierit , i then went there and guess what NO PACKAGE, i went to southgate mall for assistance and this is the STUPID excuse i was given, the sms is confirmation that the capturing of the request was approved but the actual telkom app was decline and do not qualify for this, what an insulted to an educated man like me, USELESS TELKOM wasted my time and MONEY for riding up and down, i want to go to the press for this as well, cuase i should be compensated for this, and to crown it all we were never told that about the app being decline till now, TELKOM IS USELESS LIKE AND THATS PUTTING IT MILDLY
