Speechless

When are they ever online 😡 I missed a debit order coz I went to the store wanting to update my bank details coz I knew the one they had had no funds.... They were offline..... I got ******, reported via call center and had to go to a store for a sim swap. I went to Trade Route twice, offline. Maponya mall twice, offline. Ennerdale kiosk, no functionality to perform a sim swap. Now I'm in errears and without a sim card. I am beyond exhausted and defeated. I just received my phone from the insurance company, I must now go again to telkom 🙄.... Ai shem Telkom is gonna be the death of me. Just for a sim swap..... Do they even care about the time and money spent to get to the stores
