Speckle of Light in the DARK Telkom

<p>After 10 phone calls to Telkom, a helpful lady Wendy Nxele took the time & efford to help me. This after several call to Telkom. I even spoke to an useless lady, named Danell - not helpful, the line dropped & she did not even take the time to call me. </p> <p>Danell had my number & I could not call her back......</p> <p>The 10th time that I, she pick the call again........ I wanted to speak to management.</p> <p>Got through to Jody Harrington.
