We live in an age where our cellphones are used for absolutely everything, connection, navigation etc. However, some companies Telkom prodominently have taken advantage of this. Never have I ever given my contact detail out to Telkom or any of their partner companies. I know this for a fact because I get these calls on my work cell which only my clients have. I like millions of other get multiple calls throughout the day from these call centres, sometimes with someone talking or sometimes even having the call centre systems dialling the number before any operators are able to handle the call. We all use Truecaller or Tellows to find out whether this call is spam or not but gosh, no human alive could block numbers quicker than Telkom generates new numbers to inundate you with. This has caused not just myself but so many people to stop using their phones as...just that A PHONE. If my clients want to call now off a phone number that I do not have saved in my phone, well sorry for you, it must be Telkom Spam (that's what the previous 6 phone calls were).
