SPAM Out of bundle SMSes

I have been getting smses telling me that my Internet has been paused because apparently to your systems I have run out of data. This has been happening with Increasing frequency.... And what makes it a nightmare is I often, after receiving the sms, have to restart my phone in order for my data to kick in again. When I am home I switch to WiFi and turn off my mobile data but even when clearly I am not using data... Telkom keeps sending these texts... Tonight alone I have Recieved 4 smses at 19:10, 20:10,21:10 and 22:10..... Please can you fix this
