Spam emails being received Telkom not montoring.

I have complained to Telkom on their website which was never responded to...I have suddenly been receiving ****ographic spam which should be filtered and stopped by my service provider [URL Removed] - this has only been happening in the last few weeks and they do nothing about it. I have posted complaints on their website with no response.<br> I chose Telkomsa as I was promised that this type of thing would not happen. I want this stopped!!!
