Why I'm waiting 2 weeks for a call back and already being an existing customer with an excellent paying background on my account I don't know. The lady at Southgate Telkom assisted and gave me a case number foooor what? It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard a work from you guys, what's this all about. I tried calling your store but you guys don't pick up. I find this very unprofessional and ***********. Give me what I'm paying for!!!
