South Africa's WORST service provider

<p>My internet and phone line have been down for just over a week now. I have contacted customer service however that has proven to be very pointless. The only feedback I received is a sms stating it will get fixed soon. Soon??! How soon is soon?! Needless to say this is NOT the first time I am experiencing this problem. Last year I went about a month without internet and a phone line. So do I have to wait a month again?! I AM SO SICK OF TELKOM!!! It is truly the WORST service provider out there!!! #frustratedtelkomcustomer</p>
