SOUTH AFRICA PLEASE BOYCOTT TELKOM

Telkom is by far thee worst service provider there is. My wife took out a 2 year cellphone contract with Telkom in December of 2017. Yesterday we found out that someone had **********ly used her ID number to obtain a cellphone contract at Telkom too, and that application was approved. What the hell is that, how reckless is this company to not even notice that there is a running contract under that same ID number in the system?? They are clearly in the business of making a quick buck and don't value their customers as much as the claim they do. I urge everyone in SA to please boycott this company.
