Sort this out once and for all!!!!

Since going with Telkom a year ago for my internet I have had nothing but problems!!!!! Your legal department does nothing as well!!!! I had signal on and off for the first 6 months then it did not work at all for almost four months!!!! I am still unable to send and receive emails still a year later!!!!!! I was advised that I would be credited yet despite this I now have attorneys contacting me for payment!!! Sort this long outstanding matter out once and for all!!!
