Sorry State of Affairs - Addition of Cellular Component in Existing Account

<p>We already have an account with Telkom for a very very long time but i think that was the biggest mistake to have an account with Telkom. We have been paying for fixed line services, internet services, data services etc., toTelkom.</p> <p>Recently we requested Telkom for adding a cellular contract on the same account.</p> <p>No one at Telkom has any idea how to deal with the cases of Embassy/Diplomatic Missions and they are trying to deal with our application just like any other company.</p> <p>Telkom is asking for Name of Directors --- Embassies do not have Directors.</p> <p>Telkom is asking for Name of CEO --- Embassies do not have CEOs.</p> <p>Telkom is asking for Business Registration Number---- Embassies do not have Business REgistration Numbers.</p> <p>Is there no one at TELKOM who knows how to deal with these cases ???????????????????</p> <p>Regards.</p> <p> </p>
