Sorry does not cut it

<p>Telkom you are really incapable of giving good service! On Monday we were told to be home from 7am till 4pm as the technician will come to install our adsl line. We took unpaid leave for this. It is now 4h15 and guess what no Telkom!!!!! What the hell!!! Will you pay us for this day? Why are your service so absolutely pathetic? </p> <p> </p>
