Sony M5, No Stock?

I have been on the hunt since the beginning of the week for a Sony M5 from Telkom mobile, I have gone to numerous branches and tried calling some of the branches but there is no answer. No one has stock, and no one is able to tell when stock will be delivered again and also not able to tell me which of the branches do have stock in Pretoria. Is it really that difficult to get a contact with Telkom mobile? Does Telkom not want business and go the extra mile for clients. Very disappointing.
