Songeziwe makes telkom great!

<p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p> </p> <p>Songeziwe at Telkom's ADSL chat support assisted me in the most professional and patient way possible! I would like to commend her on her aervice last week when our phone and dsl line was struck by lightening, and no one else at Telkom responded to any email I sent using my cellphone. My mother ia disabled and my father is a pensioner with a heart condition. I work very odd hours where minimum private communication may take place, and we are monitored in this regard. </p> <p> </p> <p>Before I totally gave up after changing the router and with communication routes exhausted with Telkom, I tried to maintain composure and then accessed the dsl chat online. Songeziwe responded instantly and followed all procedures quickly and efficiently. She spent so long trying to help me with the matter and assisted me verbally with trial and error to finally get back our internet connection. Between her, and Jan (a contractor who was sent to fix our line at 35 Hills Rd Selection Park Springs) we have had our FIRST great service with Telkom ever! My family and I are truly greatful, and I can feel secure again in knowing my mother and father can have a way of communicating in case of emergencies and so forth! Thank you for employing these assets, to be there and bring Telkom's name up in the market.</p>
