SOMU and RESB unauthorised debit orders

<p>I app**** for a telkom contract online and an agent called me two weeks later, but after a few days I received a reply that my application was unsuccessful. Now to my surprise when I was reviewing my bank statement I see this SOMU service agreement debit order of R49 and RESB service agreement debit order of R55 which I did not agree to and which is of no help to me. My plea is for telkom to please refund the R104 as well as the debit order fees of R19, because I believe I have been taken advantage of something I did not agree to and since the application was unsuccessful now why deduct money from my account when I cannot pay for the contract. Please refund my account.</p>
