Somerset Mall - Pathetic Service

So this afternoon I go to the Telkom store at Somerset mall.

Get to the entrance and they tell us (my partner and myself) that we can't go into the store together. So we said we'd wait till the ONLY other customer is done.

We stand outside waiting.... Customer is done and they again tell us only one person can go in !?! So we asked why because the store is empty... And they said it's because of Covid policy (even though the guy at the door needed to stand on top of us to tell us this) I understand that stores are trying to be safe. But why have 7 staff members hanging around doing nothing... because you not allowing customers in the store. Had we went in seperatly it would have been fine... Just not as a couple ! That's not Covid policy.... But seems more like **************!!! Asked for a store manager and they refused to call him or her !

And all this after walking into Huawei, iPhone and Samsung with no issues, getting such good service !

Wake up Telkom.... No point having staff in your store... But no customers !! Your reviews are also shockingly pathetic and your generic copy and paste apology on every post is not sincere either !!
