Someone who is prepared to find a problem and fix
To Rodney the technician from TELKOM who was sent to fix the fault on my telkom line which has been out or order since November 2014 . He did not give up but found the fault and fixed it when no one else was prepared to go and look for the fault . He is a very pleasant person who goes the extra mile to do his best . Thank you Rodney !!
