well well well.......... so I wanted to have a limit set on my monthly data. Called Telkom to make that arrangement. Spoke to a very rude Nthabiseng who CLEARLY hates her job and takes no pride in it. She kept me on hold for more than 5 minutes, OBVIOUSLY hoping that I would hang up.
