someone in Telkom eating my money

I paid my account on the 1st of April 2016 via EFT - now all of a sudden this payment was reversed by me - I am most probably the only person on earth able to reverse an EFT payment back into someone else's account as it is NOT reflecting in my own bank account and NOT on my Telkom account<br> my lines are now suspended for 3 days without just cause and without anybody on the billing department assigned to my case ***2
