Someone from Telkom or one of the service providers did an ******* contract signed /subscribed using my details (contract no. *** : ***2). Telkom is now billing me for the contract I never subscribed to/nor received. I would appreciate it if the matter is urgently resolved. it is unacceptable for such big organization to *******ly sign a contract using my details. I trust the matter will be resolved before any debit orders this month.
